📄 Chiltern WorkSpace – Client Agreement

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Chiltern WorkSpace ("Provider") and any person, company, or entity ("Client") who books or uses any of our services.

1. Scope of Services

Chiltern WorkSpace provides access to coworking spaces, hot desks, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and additional business services (the "Services"). Services are provided subject to availability and adherence to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in advance.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior.

  • Failure to appear for a booked session without prior notice is considered a "No Show" and is non-refundable.

3. Use of Facilities

  • The Client agrees to use the workspace respectfully, lawfully, and in accordance with our House Rules.

  • No illegal, immoral, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

  • Any damage caused by the Client or their guests will be fully chargeable.

4. Confidentiality

The Client agrees not to disclose confidential information relating to Chiltern WorkSpace, its clients, or other users of the premises.

5. Liability

Chiltern WorkSpace is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal or business items, or for interruptions to services caused by external factors (e.g., internet outage, power failure).

6. Data Protection

We will store and process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our [Privacy Policy].

7. Termination

Chiltern WorkSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its premises or services at its sole discretion, with immediate effect, in cases of:

  • Breach of this Agreement

  • Misuse of facilities

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse or misconduct toward staff or other users

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
